The Vintage Store at Star Hill, LLC accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and personal checks at the store location, or by telephone (225) 635-6466. All funds are in US dollars. Your credit cards billing address and phone number need to match the issuing bank information. Fraudulent order information automatically cancels orders. Credit Card approval must be received prior to processing.
By accepting these terms when paying by credit card, you are authorizing The Vintage Store At Star Hill, LLC to place a charge on your credit card for the amount of your purchase including shipping and tax (if shipped within Louisiana). Credit cards are accepted and processed through our store terminal and any information you submit will be kept in the strictest confidence. We do not store your credit card information.

Making Changes to Your Order
Once you place your order it is in processing. You MUST make any changes or cancellations within 4 hours of your original order. After this time frame your order cannot be stopped and it will be processed, your payment received and the order shipped. To make changes either give us a call (1-800-216-6685 or 225-635-6466) or leave a message if no answer or send us an email to:

Sales Tax
We collect sales tax on all orders shipped within Louisiana.

Our standard shipping is USPS Priority and normally ships within 48 hours of receiving your order, excluding holidays and weekends. During the holidays this time frame may increase. Please see the FAQ on shipping for details on shipping.

Inspect all packages and products when you receive your order. All damaged, defective or missing items MUST BE REPORTED TO US WITHIN 72 HOURS of your delivery. After that time the customer (you) accepts all responsibility and will not hold The Vintage Store At Star Hill, LLC liable.

If the package and any items have been damaged you MUST REPORT THE CLAIM TO THE POST OFFICE. We will help in any way we can to expedite your claim.

Non damaged merchandise must be returned in its original inner packing and must be in resalable condition. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner packing must bear no marking or be otherwise defaced or damaged. No credit will be given for items that do not meet these requirement.

Out of Stock Items
We do occasionally run out of an item. In the event that you have ordered an out of stock item, your order will be completed and shipped minus that item. You must reorder any out of stock item.

Return Policy
You must call or email for a return order number before returning any defective product. Items returned without a return order number will be refused. Once a return order number is issued, the defective product must be returned to us within 10 days. After that time the return order number will no longer be valid and a replacement product will not be issued or refunds given. We will reimburse you for the return shipping on defective products.

Customer Satisfaction
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and will do our best to accommodate you in every way we can.

We do not share or sell your name, email address or mailing address to any individual, agency or organization. All information gathered in the ordering process is used to process your order and for no other reason.

Our web server where possible recognizes the customers domain or email address. We collect the domain name and email address, where possible, of visitors to our web page, the email addresses of those who post messages to our bulletin board (when activated), the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email, the email addresses of those who make postings to our chat areas (when activated), aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information.

The information we collect is used to improve the content of our web page, communicate with customers about your orders, as well as to advise about special promotions and The Vintage Store At Star Hill, LLC newsletter. If you wish not to receive email from us in the future, please let us know by emailing us and telling us you do not want to receive email from our company.

As we continue to develop our business, we might buy or sell operating divisions, companies, or other business assets. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets.
